It's just a joke. The designer of that T-shirt saw the teardrop-like shapes of many of the continents and islands, and presto! A funny t-shirt. I also have one of his with two giant hands pushing the sides of the continents, captioned "Reunite Gondwanaland" and another with a nice drawing of North America impaled by a giant nail, titled "Stop Continental Drift."

Pretty good coverage Richard! 😁 There are some Cambrian rocks in Victoria that are probably related to those in western Tasmania. But no crocoite! It is a bit more convoluted than originally thought.
