A plunge into unimaginable depths of forgotten time... I refer of course to the song by Donovan. which I'm embarrassed to say I still remember from when it came out during the Summer of Love
I also still remember it from 1967, but I'm not in the least embarrassed by that! I'm not even embarrassed by the fact that at the time, I had no idea at all what it was about :)
Donovan, like Cat Stevens of the same era, knew a little about Zen but perhaps not as much as he intimated! I started Zen meditation in that same era, got ordained, and have continued to the present time and can't honestly say I know anything at all!
On the map from Harms, the Bighorn Range is the gray feature between the words "Archean" and "Wyoming Province." On the magnetic map, the Bighorns are directly south of the word "Wyoming" and north of "2.5-3.3 Ga."

Some of the lyrics still defeat me!

Went to IU field camp here in ‘79. Unforgettable lessons in geology.
Clear and easily followed discussion of the complex geology -- thanks and cheers!
Thanks!
